Client acknowledges that this Agreement does not include any representation for any claim or cause of action brought against Client including cross-complaints.
Client agrees and acknowledges that The Student Loan Assistance Center has not represented that it will advise or assist
Client in the modification, improvement, or correction of credit entries on Client’s credit reports or that The Student Loan Assistance Center can stop collection phone calls or correspondence.
Client agrees and acknowledges that The Student Loan Assistance Center does not represent itself as a Lender.
Client agrees and acknowledges that The Student Loan Assistance Center did not represent itself to be affiliated
with any governmental agency what so ever.
